It is more towards into operation of the formulation technique to continually improving the entire formulation are working perfectly in the company operation system, it will consider as a company discipline improvement (Joo et.al, 2012).
Transformational leaders will bring impact into the quality of relationship or in another word transformational leaders will produce the synergy from the relationship between leaders and employees. Balthazard et. al., (2002) found transformational leaders bring positives impact into company working performance with more benefits, which include influence, inspirational and motivational. Zander (1994) found the transformational leaders will influence their followers and their followers will have the ability and capability to create a better quality of solution. Dyer (1995) also found transformational leaders will stimulates the creativity in problem solving, which the entire followers will have the ability to manage, control and resolve the problems.
Oster (2010), found with successful transformational leadership, it will reduce problems in organization, which any followers will empower to resolve any issue and problem that their face in any single activities, it is proven that transformational leaders will bring great impact into the organization, which produce more creativity and innovation.
